< camping briged bomba II >

assalamualaikum teman~~


 ak join Camping Briged Bomba II kat pasir puteh resort kat sg kalumpang...
yuhu .. yezza...
dgn semangat keBOMBAan ak melangkah 
pikul bag yg besar bwk bju bnyak lai jgk ar..
berpakaian lengkap seorg BOMBA..
smpai sana,kena redah sndiri nk masuk kt resort tuh..
mak oihh..sakit kot kpala bahu ak dok angkut bag tu

ok....then,1st day...
mula2 psg khemah.....ak dok ber6...
ak hilda as dayah bella n ija..
gather in grup...11 org..3 lagi da rest pompuan..
buat logo grup n pk nama grup...
COUPLING~~~
nama grup ak...bersempena satu alat bomba...
solat maghrib n isyak berjemaah...
night walk...da best part..n i likey>>
grup ak kena berjaga malam...sentery la konon..
kol 3 pg..terlewat bangun n grup member x cukup..
seh,sume kena kejut..
kena denda trun 10....
ahahahhaaha
berjaga smbil melahap maggi n roti...

2nd day...mndi pg2 buta ag..kol 4 tu...lps abes duty kejut depa mndi..
bgus x ak???ngeh3x...
pg hujan renyai2x....lebat gak act..
senaman pagi cancel...just do small xtvt in da hall...
jungle tracking....part yg ak suka gak ni...
dun noe how to describe..naik bukit yg sgt tinggi..
turun bukit yg curam...jmpa ngan anak khinzir mati...
jmpa mcm2....
nyanyi 3 lagu.bomba,negaraku n tamparuli..
river crossing...trun river tu ngan tali yg kami ikat sndiri..
kt cni kita kna ada sifat percayakan ahli kump..
buat CPR...farhana buat n merry jd mangsa nye..
buat STRETCHER sndiri gna btg daun kelapa sawit..
n sesat sekejap..
mandi sg setelah smpai di camp site..
smpat berehat sekejap..
radio buruk
discuss utk mlm kebudayaan...
buat teater muzikal yg mn meraih persembahan kebudayaan terbaik..
ahahahhaha..lawak x???
dikejutkan lebey kurang kol 3 kot..
diberi straw..n disuruh smbung straw..
n main buat trun straw guna jari ramai2...
smbil mamai...
n kembali tidur...

3rd day a.k.a last day
senaman pg..conducted by solihin my grup memb.
kena selam dlm sungai....
sbb katanya kami x berdisiplin..
telur n bendera kump x dijaga elok...
ok..never mind boley mndi sg..beramai2..
nyanyi lagu bomba utk majlis penutup..
n mjlis penutup..
really njoy dis moment...

< pengganti baru >




ya....ni my new shoes....lps beberapa mggu kasut2 ak yg tertinggal dlm teksi uncle india tu x dijumpai...
i'm decided to buy the new one..
u noe,3 pair of shoes lost in a day..
sgt sdeyh ye disitu...
that shoes lak,2 psg tu umi yg beli..
umi chose 4 me..
umi always noe wat i want..
my taste...
even my sist kutuk2 ak ngan style my shoes..
my dear umi noe wat i like n dislike..
umi,kakak mntk maaf bnyk3x..
sbb cuai...
ye mi,kakak cuai.....
kalo x dat shoes x kn hilang...
n 4 this time,i spent more than 60 ringgit 4 dis 2 pairs.
n i noe yg kasut umi beli tu more than that...
umi...i miss dat shoes..
x smpat ag merasa kasut tu....
walaupun dlm keadaan redha ngan kehilangan tu..
ak masih mengharap some1 will come to me..
n give back my own gorgeous shoes....
hopefully....

sgt cepat nk marah org.....geram..ak ase org pndang ak rendah..
.ak rasa org x nk kwn ngan ak..n mcm2 ag..knape yer???ak cepat terasa ngan kata2 org tu..
.pdhl b4 ni ak seorg yg dikira sudah lali ngan sume ni..ak boleh hadapi ngan relax je..tp knape skrg ak x boleh lagi??
?kenapa yer???tambah2 ag ngan bnyk keje skrg ni..ak makin tension..ak x ley nk cope ngan situation skrg..knape yer???
mcm2 perasaan timbul....nk mengadu kt org pom xde... 
ntah ak da bertukar menjadi seorg yg x mo share poblem ngan member..

How much sleep do we need? The amount of sleep an individual requires varies from person to person, but most adults average eight hours of sleep.
Sleep plays a vital role in our daily regimen, as during this dormant period, it recharges and rejuvenates weary body organs and tissues, and restores the body to an alert state. 

A person's lifestyle is another variable in the amount of time he needs to achieve this healthy balance, and to feel well rested upon awakening.


The quality of a person's sleep also factors into the sleep equation. When we drift off to sleep, we either fall into a deep, restful sleep, or into a shallow, light sleep. One who normally requires eight hours of sleep, but sleeps shallowly, will most likely awaken feeling tired. In contrast, if the same individual sleeps fewer hours, but lapses into a state of deep sleep, he may well awaken refreshed and invigorated.


A lucky few can bypass shallow sleep altogether, and fall directly into deep sleep on an as needed basis. Alexander the Great's military prowess may have been due, in part, to his ability to take a "cat nap."Yet one more variable factors into the amount of sleep we require: that of the brain and of the body sleeping simultaneously. 

Under normal circumstances, the brain's sleep center blocks off the nerves to the brain and to the body to make sleep possible. The brain has no interest in doing anything, and could not even if it did, because the sleep center has shut down the internal organs, the arms, and the legs. Sometimes, however, the sleep center is unsuccessful in shutting down both the brain and the body at the same time. For example, in times of war, it is not unusual for soldiers suffering from sleep deprivation and from combat fatigue to continue to march, despite the fact that their brains have halted.

Thankfully, such a situation is an anomaly, and does not occur with great frequency.

=jangan berkata kalaulah=

Hadis Sahih Muslim, drpd Abu Hurairah r.a, katanya Rasulullah bersabda :

Org Mukmin yg kuat adalah lebih baik dan lebih dikasihi Allah drpd org Mukmin yg lemah.Masing-masing ada mempunyai kebaikan. Bersungguh-sungguhlah mengerjakan sesuatu yg berguna (di dunia dan di akhirat) : Dan Hendaklah selalu meminta pertolongan drpd Allah dan jgn berasa lemah, yakni putus harapan atau merasa hampa. Jika engkau ditimpa sesuatu janganlah berkata "KALAULAH AK BERBBUAT DEMIKIAN TENTU AKAN JADI BEGINI DAN BEGITU" : akan tetapi katakanlah "TAQDIR ALLAH, dan ALLAH BERBUAT SEHENDAK-NYA". Sesungguhnya perkataan "KALAULAH" hanya membukakan jalan bg syaitan utk berbuat sesuatu..

renung2 kan dan selamat beramal =)
